1. Definitions

1.1 "Platform" means the 92pkr9 website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services accessible at 92pkr9.app.

1.2 "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual User on the 92pkr9 Platform.

1.3 "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a User's 92pkr9 Account.

1.4 "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game participation that involves the commitment of PKR balance in expectation of a potential return.

1.5 "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a User by 92pkr9 subject to specific wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The 92pkr9 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 92pkr9 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. All Users are required to provide a valid Computerised National Identity Card ("CNIC") and a recent selfie for identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 92pkr9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

2.3 Users who provide false, misleading, or incomplete identity information will have their accounts suspended and any outstanding balance withheld pending investigation.

2.4 You confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and that you access 92pkr9 voluntarily, in full awareness of applicable local regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on 92pkr9. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds across all associated accounts.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkr9 login credentials. 92pkr9 will never request your password via SMS, email, or any third-party channel. Any unauthorised access should be reported to 92pkr9 support immediately.

3.3 92pkr9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your Account. 92pkr9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to secure their own login credentials.

3.4 Account sharing is prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and may not be operated by, transferred to, or accessed by any third party.

4. Deposits & PKR Cashier

4.1 92pkr9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees ("PKR") via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified on the cashier page.

4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 92pkr9 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits traced to a third-party source will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

4.3 92pkr9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, bank, card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 92pkr9 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Funds deposited to 92pkr9 are for the purpose of gaming only and do not accrue interest. Deposited funds are not held in a segregated trust account unless expressly stated.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 92pkr9 reserves the right to route withdrawals via alternative verified methods where necessary.

5.2 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending identity verification will have withdrawals held until verification is resolved.

5.3 Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically complete within 4 hours. 92pkr9 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 92pkr9 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, which may extend processing time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 92pkr9 are subject to specific Terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion.

6.3 92pkr9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.4 Abuse of bonuses, including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account termination.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All wagers placed on 92pkr9 are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation. 92pkr9 will not void or reverse a confirmed wager on the basis of User error unless a clear technical fault attributable to 92pkr9 is demonstrated.

7.2 In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcomes caused by a system fault, 92pkr9 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Users' PKR Wallets.

7.3 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface and may be updated without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92pkr9 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Users, live dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
• Money laundering or use of 92pkr9 for any unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the 92pkr9 platform or other Users' experience.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 92pkr9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and visual design — is the intellectual property of 92pkr9 or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any 92pkr9 content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, missed betting opportunities, or service interruptions.

10.2 92pkr9 is provided on an "as is" basis. While we endeavour to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 92pkr9 is committed to responsible gaming. Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and request self-exclusion via Account Settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.2 92pkr9 reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where it reasonably believes a User is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, irrespective of the User's own request.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 92pkr9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User is found to be in breach of these Terms, where fraud is suspected, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, 92pkr9 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 92pkr9 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts, and Users consent to such jurisdiction.

14. Amendments
